Therapy
Beginning therapy can be a challenging experience, but it can also be highly rewarding. It does require an openness to commit to change what currently is not working in your life. By entering into therapy, you are choosing to learn ways to change behaviors, thoughts, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to the distress you currently feel. Or you may be seeking ways to cope with current stressful or difficult situations.
